Chronic diseases: the DTM provides a practical guide
The Territorial Mutuelle Nationale (NCD) recently unveiled a new practical guide entitled
"Chronic Diseases and employment in the local government service." This is the first book dedicated to this problem in terms of territorial agents , particularly affected by population chronic
diseases . Explanations.
39% of the relevant territorial agents

Indeed, it is not less than 39% of the population currently suffers from a chronic disease, which represents 700,000 people . A figure well above the national average.
Also note that it is 53% of older workers over 50 years old who are affected by such a disease.
A plan that varies the interlocutor

Thus, it takes the form of awareness lectures for elected officials, an information guide and awareness for the territorial agents and finally factsheets and training for supervisors.
